PILLCHECK — TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PillCheck mobile
application ("the App"), operated by Ibrahim Buyukgebiz ("we", "us"). By
downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree,
do not use the App.


** MEDICAL DISCLAIMER **

PillCheck is a reminder and organization tool. It is NOT a medical device and
does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the
instructions of a qualified healthcare professional and the medication's
labeling. Do not rely solely on the App for managing medication. Reminders
may be delayed or fail to deliver due to device, network, or operating-system
factors, and we are not responsible for any missed dose or health outcome.


1. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.


2. ACCOUNTS AND PAIRING

Caregivers sign in with Google or Apple. Parents/seniors join with a one-time
pairing code and do not create an account. You are responsible for keeping
your sign-in credentials and pairing codes secure, and for the accuracy of
the medication information you enter.


3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

- PillCheck may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and a free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least
  24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the
  current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
  after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a
  subscription.


4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access it in an
unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, or using it for any
unlawful purpose.


5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND DELETION

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within
the App (Profile > Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you
violate these Terms.


6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any
kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome,
arising from your use of or inability to use the App.


7. CHANGES TO THE APP AND TERMS

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms.
Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.


8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without
regard to its conflict-of-law rules.


9. APPLE APP STORE

This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not
responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide
maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to
conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will
refund any applicable purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law,
Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are
third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
